How do I earn "Chunk Power" to scan receipts?
New users receive 5 complimentary scans. You can earn 1 additional scan anytime by watching a short video ad in the app, or upgrade to Check Chunk Pro / Ultra for unlimited, ad-free scanning.
How do I add friends to split the bill?
One person (the Host) scans the bill and adds other members to the table either by scanning their QR code identifier, entering a table code, or adding them as shadow guests.
How do I delete my account and data?
We respect your privacy. You can easily delete your account by going to User Menu > Identity > Deactivate Identity in the app. This permanently deletes your profile, credentials, and associated data from our servers.
